Hannanprint Victoria's continuous focus on improvement has resulted in us being ISO2000 accredited since 1999. In addition, we maintain world recognized manufacturing standards and apply all proven workplace principles to our manufacturing to drive and deliver quality and consistency in our production.

Our highly automated plant produces over 40,000 tonnes of printed products annually, with the ability to print 6.7 million heatset, four colour pages per hour. Our impressive press power includes the installation of a 48 page S2000 Heidelberg press during 2000, boasting the absolute latest in technology and quality control.

Our latest addition to the pressroom is the GOSS M600- a state-of-the art, fully automated 16 page, six colour press that give clients the efficiency and cost savings of heatset web production with the ability to utilise six or five colours plus a varnish. These two presses are complimented by 3 x 32 page presses with the planned further addition of a GOSS S3000 48 page press by the end of 2006.

This places Hannanprint Victoria in the enviable position of having the capability to print 2 - 48 page Quarto work in full colour and to produce certain paginations with up to 6 colours! All on paper stocks ranging from 52 - 250 gsm.

Hannanprint Victoria works with the latest technologies and equipment that feature:

• Touch screens and fully automated computers allowing for total press management

• Fully automated plate register and ribbon control systems to ensure consistency of printed product

• Fully automated colour control systems using CIP4 and spectrophotometers guaranteeing print colour accuracy and consistency

• Fully automated blanket and roller wash systems which cuts machine down time and maximises productivity and more importantly helps the environment.
